1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NORYX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Use of License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the NORYX platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on NORYX's website.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Subscription and Billing

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or NORYX cancels it.

The materials on NORYX's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. NORYX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
